Feel the magic of Egypt on this 5-night trip to Cairo.  With more than a taste of adventure and a touch of the ancient mysteries of Ancient Egypt, it's the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of modern life.

Day 1   Wed   Departure by Air Malta to Cairo.  Transfer to the 5-star Nile Hilton or Sheraton.  Overnight.

Day 2   Thu   Late morning after breakfast, visit the world-famous Egyptian Museum where you will see the golden treasure of King Tutankhamoun.  Then follows a visit to the three great pyramids at Giza and their mighty guardian the Sphinx, carved from a single piece of stone.  Return to Cairo.  Free time at leisure.  In the evening enjoy an Oriental buffet dinner with a typical Egyptian show, including belly dancing!

Day 3   Fri   Buffet breakfast at the hotel, then proceed in 4x4 vehicles to the fascinating scenery of the Baharya Oasis.  Lunch to be served in local restaurant.  You will also have the choice to enjoy a shower in the hot spring water!  Later watch sunset at the English House.  Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 4   Sat   Drive towards the incredible White Desert.  On the way you will stop at the Black and Crystal Mountains.  Lunch followed by return to your hotel in Cairo.  Dinner and evening free.

Day 5   Sun   Half-Day Tour in the City, visiting the Citadel, the Alabaster Mosque of Sultan Hassan and Khan El Khalili, a famous Cairo bazaar.  Afternoon, Felucca Fluvial ride on the Nile.  Then back to the hotel.  We are trying to arrange a late room checkout.  For the evening, a farewell dinner at the hotel, followed possibly by some entertainment at the piano bar.

Day 6  Mon   Transfer to the airport for your return Air Malta flight to Malta.
