Cozy structure, arranged on several levels, is located in La Caletta, a few steps from the center and the tourist port. It owes its success to the careful management and strategic position for those who love the sea and for those who want a holiday also in contact with the reality of the Sardinian country. It is about 55 km from Olbia airport.

ACCOMODATION

192 rooms arranged in 3-storey buildings, with lift. All welcoming and furnished in shades of the color of the sea; they have air conditioning, telephone, TV, minibar, safe, shower and hairdryer. They are divided into: Economy , rooms from 2 to 4 beds with window; Classic , from 2 to 4 beds with French balcony, small terrace or patio if on the ground floor; Comfort , from 2 to 4 beds, larger with a balcony or patio, if on the ground floor; Superior, larger from 2 to 4 beds, all located on the third floor with terrace and large balcony overlooking the pool; Family Room, sleeps 4 floors (plus possible cot), are all located on the first floor, with an equipped terrace overlooking the pool side, and are developed with 2 single beds and a mezzanine with a double bed. All double rooms have a double bed (separate beds on request), all quadruple rooms have a bunk bed (excluding the Family rooms).

BEACH

Private and equipped beach, with very fine sand with pink hues, typical of Sardinia. Entry into gently sloping water. It is located 750 meters from the hotel and can be reached on foot, with a short walk in the town or with a nice little train that connects the hotel to the sea in a few minutes. It is equipped with umbrellas and beds, bathrooms and showers, Job chair available for guests with mobility difficulties. Possibility to rent beach towels.

SERVICES

Restaurant "L'Ancora" with air conditioning, bar and TV room, lift, amphitheater, playground for children, 2 swimming pools, one for children, multipurpose field, multimedia console and playground for children in the covered area and private unattended parking until subject to availability.

Paid services : car rental, rubber dinghies. Kitesurfing school nearby.

Wi-Fi : free in the hall and in the common areas covered by the service.

CATERING

Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, drinks included (still and sparkling water, wine, beer and soft drinks on tap). During the week there is also a typical Sardinian dinner and a gala dinner. 

At breakfast there is the Sleepy Corner which offers the possibility of having a soft breakfast at the bar from 10 to 12, with American coffee and croissants.

Nature and wellness corner : for guests who choose a lifestyle that prefers healthy cuisine, a corner with specific products is provided for breakfast (biscuits, rusks, rice cakes, cakes, soy or rice milk, natural honey , organic jams, cereals, linseed, organic line juices).

Intolerances : packaged basic products are available for guests suffering from food intolerances (gluten and lactose) (bread, pasta, gluten-free and / or lactose-free biscuits, lactose-free ice cream); customers will be able to integrate everything with products supplied by them. Reporting is required at the time of booking.

Baby food and mothers corner: an equipped corner inside the restaurant with bottle warmer and microwave oven. Food specially cooked for them is available to children: pasta, vegetable broth, meat broth, vegetable soup, steamed meat and fish, tomato sauce. Milk for infants, liquid and powder, homogenized and specific products are excluded. The service will be supported by the room staff.

Soft Inclusive
Includes: welcome cocktail, full board with drinks at meals (mineral water, wine, beer and soft drinks on tap). At the central bar from 10 to 23 there is unlimited consumption (on tap served in a plastic cup) of water, soft drinks, iced tea, flavored waters (2 flavors), snacks from 11.30 to 12.30 and tea break with small pastries from 16.30 to 17.30. For a fee: domestic and foreign alcohol and spirits, drinks and water not on tap, ice cream, snacks and all packaged products as well as anything not included in the Soft Inclusive line.

The Nicolaus Team will involve you by brightening up your days with purely individual activities and specific activities for the well-being of the body and mind. In the evening, musical entertainment, shows in the amphitheater, magical nights with exclusive evenings and themed parties, for an unforgettable holiday. 

The Nicolino Team , in the company of our nice Mascotte Nicolino, takes care of the little guests with activities divided by age groups: Nicolino Baby Club, 3-6 years (not completed), Nicolino Mini Club, 6-12 years (not completed) ).

At the Nicolino Club , a covered and equipped area, your children can reveal their talents, through the countless and fun creative activities, to discover the fantastic world of Nicolino.

The Nick Club divided by age groups 12-15 years and 15-18 years, is the space dedicated to teenagers that offers an innovative program oriented towards a new idea of ​​organizing time, involving them in dedicated activities (including social networks).

Includes: use of the baby food and mothers corner at the restaurant, free silicone bib and poncho bathrobe, Nicolino's passport.

CLUB CARD

Includes: access to the pools, daytime and evening entertainment, train / shuttle to the beach, 1 umbrella and 2 sun loungers per room starting from the second row.

The Soft Inclusive stay  begins with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with lunch on the day of departure.
The rooms will be delivered  from 17:00 on the day of arrival and returned by 10:00 on the day of departure. 

Info about the tourist tax the amount varies from 1 euro to 1.50 per person per day
