Location: Marina di Ugento (Puglia), Italy

In front of the sea, in the center of the natural park of the Litorale di Ugento, it laps a wonderful beach of fine sand, with dunes and gently sloping sea beds. The structure is characterized by a large service area, surrounded by a lush green park, with the splendid lagoon swimming pool in the center. The rich entertainment program and the proximity to the sea guarantee an ideal holiday for the whole family. It is about 115 km from Brindisi airport.

ACCOMODATION

FORMULA HOTEL
135 rooms, arranged on several floors, all with equipped balcony, air conditioning, LCD TV, minibar, safe, telephone, bathroom with shower. They are divided into Classic rooms that can accommodate up to 4 people with the addition of a 3rd and 4th single bed, Comfort rooms , for up to 3 people with a cot; they are located on different floors, the comfort rooms are equipped with superior category furnishings and boasting a larger size.

The Deluxe rooms , equipped with double rooms, consist of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom, ideal for families or groups of friends. Guests of the Deluxe rooms will be entitled to the evening turndown, top courtesy set, bathrobe and slippers, espresso machine with pods, first non-alcoholic minibar supply, then 2 bottles of water per day, beach towel with daily change and parking space reserved in the shaded area.

The structure is free of architectural barriers and has rooms for people with disabilities.

RESIDENCE FORMULA

First floor:Three-room apartments with 5 beds, equipped with a front balcony and a large rear balcony equipped with table and chairs. Outdoor shower located on the ground floor, near the access stairway. Composed of double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed (fixed structure) and wardrobe, living room with kitchenette and 5th bed, table and chairs, equipped with pots and pans, bathroom with shower. Accessories: air conditioning, TV, telephone, electronic safe, mosquito nets.

BEACH

Fine sandy beach with private and equipped lido, reachable on foot along the service area and crossing a secondary dirt road that runs along the coast. One umbrella and two sun loungers per room available starting from the second row and until full (first row can be booked for a fee for stays of at least 7 nights)
Weekly assignment of the beach station.
Following the adaptation to the safety protocols, assignments to neighboring beaches will be possible , according to the filling of the beach of the structure.
Equipped with Job chair for guests with mobility difficulties. Possibility to rent beach towels and bar service "under the umbrella".

2 restaurants, 3 bars, one of which is outside by the pool, one in the lobby and the bar on the beach, internal unattended parking.

Payment services

Evening lighting of sports equipment, beach service in the 1st row, baby-sitting service, excursions, parking in the shaded area, beach towel rental, "under the umbrella" service. The "under the umbrella" service will give you the opportunity to order and consume the products of the beach bar directly under your umbrella.

In the area it is possible to rent cars, bicycles and boats; near the structure there is a mini-market, tobacconist and a hairdresser.

CATERING

At the central restaurant : breakfast, lunch and dinner with a wide choice of menus, served by the room operators.
A rich variety of choices will always be guaranteed, and the operators of the structure will always be available to serve the guest. The chefs of the structure will revisit their dishes preferring, in particular in the line of appetizers, fruit and desserts, innovative single-portion proposals.
All the products of the beverage line will be served at the table, making the service more convenient and faster. At guests' disposal, in addition to the drinks included in the soft inclusive, there will be a wine list and bottled drinks, for a fee.
During the week, a typical Salento dinner and an elegant dinner will be served at the central restaurant.
The table inside the restaurant will be assigned for the duration of the stay.
To adapt to the security and anti-contagion protocols and according to the filling of the tourist structure, it will be possible to have a double fixed shift for past. The times will be communicated on site.

Alternative restaurants: “ La Pitta” , included in the soft inclusive upon reservation, offers a choice of cold dishes, salads, grilled fish and meat for lunch, all served at the table; pizzeria for dinner.
“La Braceria”, a paid restaurant available for dinner, upon reservation, offers a gourmet selection of revisited grilled meats and fish.
At breakfast there is the Sleepy Corner, at the Pool Bar, with the possibility of a soft breakfast from 10.00 to 11.00, with espresso coffee and croissants always served by the hotel staff.

Nature and well-being: for guests who choose a lifestyle that prefers healthy cuisine, specific products are provided for breakfast (biscuits, rice cakes, cakes, soy or rice milk, natural honey, cereals, drinks of the day) . They will be served by the dining room staff and on request.

Intolerances: packaged basic products are available for guests suffering from food intolerances (gluten / lactose) (bread, pasta, gluten and / or lactose-free biscuits, lactose-free ice cream) customers will be able to integrate everything with products supplied by them. Reporting is required at the time of booking.

Baby food and mothers corner: inside the "central restaurant" an assistant will be at the disposal of our little guests. The service is dedicated to children up to 3 years old, and will give the possibility, through the support of the room staff, to use a microwave oven and bottle warmer; available pasta, vegetable and meat broths, vegetable soups, tomato sauce. To facilitate the delivery of the service, the room will be accessible half an hour before the standard opening.

Prevede pensione completa con bevande ai pasti (acqua, vino e soft drink alla spina).
Presso il bar Piscina: dalle 10:00 alle 24:00 consumo illimitato alla spina di acqua, aranciata, cola, succhi di frutta, granite e thè freddo, il tutto servito in bicchiere biodegrabile; è previsto l’Angolo del dormiglione con possibilità di effettuare una colazione soft dalle 10.00 alle 11.00, con caffè espresso, succhi e cornetteria, sempre serviti dallo staff dell’hotel.
“Aperitime” dalle 19:00 alle 19:30 con offerta di snack salati, cocktail analcolico e alcolico della casa, servito presso del bar piscina.

At the Nicolino Club,reserved and equipped area, your children will reveal their talents, through the countless and fun creative activities, to discover the fantastic world of Nicolino .
The  Nick Club  12/18 years, a space dedicated to teenagers, the beating heart of the village, will propose an innovative program oriented towards a new idea of ​​organizing time, involving them in numerous activities, parties and experiences, passing through the social world.
