OTIUM RESORT

Location: Villapiana Scalo, Calabria, Italy

This resort is located on a flat area, where a pine forest separates it from the vast sandy beach. Located on the outskirts of Sibari, considered among the most beautiful Greek colonies and among the most interesting archaeological sites, with the millenary ruins and the movable finds preserved in the Archaeological Museum, the resort is built with the most advanced architectural criteria, respecting the environment that surrounds it. The structure is suitable for the holiday of couples and the whole family. It is about 140 km from Lamezia Terme airport.

ACCOMODATION

364 comfortable and bright rooms, equipped with bathroom with shower and hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning, TV, safe, mini fridge. They are spread over 3 floors, with lift, around the swimming pool and are divided into Classic, Classic Pool View and Junior Suite (the latter with the possibility of a 5th bed) all with furnished balcony or patio. The rooms can accommodate from 2 to 4 people (the quadruple rooms are equipped with flat beds, all on the ground floor). Disabled rooms available for up to 3 people.

BEACH

Wide sandy beach reachable through a short path of 200 meters inside a pine forest of the property. It has a private beach equipped with a bar, changing rooms and bathrooms. At guests' disposal, station assigned for the entire duration of the stay starting from the third row, consisting of 1 umbrella and 2 sun loungers per room; first and second row for a fee. Possibility to rent beach towels. Job chair available for guests with mobility difficulties.

3 restaurants, 3 bars (lobby bar, pool bar, beach bar), 1500 sq m swimming pool with equipped solarium, congress hall with a maximum capacity of 350 seats, free medical service at set times, unattended enclosed parking.

It includes: full board with drinks at meals (water, orange juice, cola, tonic, beer and draft wine). Open Bar from 8.00 to 24.00, at the pool bar or lobby with soft drinks (water, orange juice, cola, tonic), beer, all on tap, express coffee, iced tea in a carafe, granita and some alcoholic drinks (1 bitter local and 1 limoncello), loose ice cream at least 2 flavors. At the beach bar, during opening hours, soft drinks and beer are included, all on tap, cold tea in a carafe and savory snacks. From 19.00 to 19.30 Aperitime at the Pool Bar. PAYMENT: alcoholic beverages not listed, wines and beverages in cans or bottles, ice creams, all packaged products and everything that is not included in the All Inclusive.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner served buffet style, with the assistance of the dining room staff, with drinks included, (water, orange juice, cola, tonic, beer and draft wine) at the central restaurant, with a large outdoor veranda and indoor air-conditioned room, inviting evening barbecues. At dinner the Pizzeria Pollino will be open to taste excellent pizza overlooking the beautiful panoramic terrace. Seaside restaurant, open for lunch with light lunch and grill; at dinner the Pizzeria Pollino will be open to taste excellent pizza overlooking the beautiful panoramic terrace. Both alternative restaurants are included in the All Inclusive treatment and can be used upon reservation, given the limited places available. During the week there is a typical dinner and an elegant dinner. For those who like to wake up calmly, there is a corner for breakfast Dolce Dormire  which offers the possibility of having a soft breakfast at the bar from 10.00 to 12.00, with espresso coffee and croissants.

Nature and wellness corner : for guests who choose a lifestyle that prefers a healthy-style cuisine, a corner with specific products is provided for breakfast (biscuits, rusks, rice cakes, cakes, soy or rice milk, honey natural, organic jams, cereals, corn flakes, flax seeds, drinks of the day).
Intolerances : packaged basic products are available for guests suffering from food intolerances (gluten / lactose) (bread, pasta, gluten-free and / or lactose-free biscuits, lactose-free ice cream); customers will be able to integrate everything with products supplied by themselves. Reporting is required at the time of booking.
